Automate the repeat work.
Reuse saved information and flag overdue steps, so the team spends less time retyping and chasing updates.
Track repairs, prepare estimates, and keep customers informed. Give advisors, technicians, and owners one place to see what needs to happen next.
Choose a repair stage, then switch between the team’s view and the customer’s view. This example uses fictional information.
The technician records the concern, inspection evidence, and proposed work. The advisor reviews those details before preparing an estimate.
Choose a role. Open an item to see an example of what that person needs to know.
See what needs a conversation, what is waiting, and who owns the next step.
The goal is to carry information from an inspection into estimates, parts checks, and customer updates, so the team doesn’t have to start over each time. Automation should save work while keeping checks on the details that can cause expensive mistakes.

Verify fitment, parts, labor, and approvals before information becomes an order or a customer promise.
Help customers understand priorities, ask questions, and make informed decisions.

I help run Bavarian Auto Repair. That’s where I’ve seen how much time gets lost to repeated entry, missed customer updates, and repair information scattered across different places. Those gaps can lead to mistakes that cost both the shop and the customer.
I started DH Shop OS to automate more of that routine work and make the important details easier to check. I want the team to work faster without guessing, and customers to understand what their car needs. I’m testing the workflows before offering the software to other shops.
The pilot is active. Some workflows are being tested, and others still need to be finished before launch.
Repair orders, estimates, assigned work, communication records, and owner reporting are in use in the private pilot.
Vendor research and automatic estimate preparation remain owner-controlled tests. Prices, fitment, labor and delivery still need verification.
Separate shop workspaces, live subscriptions, source-specific imports, and launch checks must be completed before new shops go live.
